Rooibos (pronounced roy-bos) or Red Bush is a traditional South African tea with a slightly sweet and nutty flavour. Our Red Rooibos Tea makes a great caffeine-free alternative to black tea. Brewing: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse 3-5 mins. Serve as is or with a drizzle of honey. Milk may also be added for extra goodness.
